Brandon Burden

Brandon is just an just an easy going and laid back trainer with a passion for helping people. Brandon received his Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology Exercise Science from the University of Northern Iowa and has been training in Scottsdale since 2011.

Brandon played collegiate athletics at the Division 1 level and fell in love with strength and conditioning. After receiving his degree he worked for a Division 1 college strength and conditioning programs. He’s trained everyone from pro athletes to people that have lost 100+ pounds. A majority of his clients are just every day people so do not feel like you have to be an athlete to train with him, but if training like an athlete sounds like fun then give him a try!

His philosophy is pretty simple “Work hard and have a life outside of the gym, the gym is not your life” While nutrition and exercise is extremely important and should be a part of your daily life, it should not consume your life.
