Jake Miller

I have worked as a personal trainer for over four years now. However, my own fitness journey started long before that. I grew up an athlete, but was never satisfied with my skinny “runners body” type build. At sixteen years old I began resistance training with the goal of hypertrophy. I fell victim to many fad programs and diets during this time and found myself nowhere near my goals after nearly thrre years of consistent training. Eventually, I decided to stop what I was doing and educate myself. I have since obatained three certifications in personal training, my most recent being from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Shortly after, I began surpassing my goals and have taken my physique to a competitive level on the bodybuilding stage. I am now constantly seeking to share my knowledge with others.
