Khalid Sakkat

Welcome to my website. My name is Khalid Sakkat, and I have been in the business of personal training for over 25 years.
I am an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer. Additionally, I have certifications in Flexibility Training and Pregnant/Postpartum Training (both from Esquerre Fitness Group), Postural Assessment (Duke Chiropractic) and Kickboxing.
My high-intensity workouts combine strength training, kickboxing, plyometrics and stretching, and are the most effective way to get in shape in the shortest time possible.
Everyone from the beginner to the advanced exerciser will see incredible gains in muscle mass and fat loss.
